Returns & Replacements Policy
As our products are freshly prepared and perishable, we are unable to accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
Kindly email us at biharizyka@gmail.com your order number and clear photos of the product, and our team will be happy to assist you.
Please refer to the confirmation email sent to you after placing your order. It includes details about your order status and the estimated delivery timeline.

Order Changes or Cancellations:
Once your order has been placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible. However, you can reach out to us as soon as possible at biharizyka@gmail.com with your order number, and we will try our best to assist you.
